OUR FOUNDER PRODUCT & MONETIZATION STRATEGIST

Olga Koltun is a Product & Monetization Strategist helping B2C SaaS businesses grow revenue. With 13years of experience building and scaling tech products, she spent 5 years leading monetization at MatchGroup—first at Meetic in Paris, then at Tinder in Los Angeles. Prior to that, she advised global brands such as Michelin, Nissan, and Pernod Ricard on digital strategy as a lead consultant at a boutique firm in Paris.

After years working inside high-performing teams, Olga founded Monetization Studio to share the bestpractices she has mastered in the field. Her mission is to unlock the full revenue potential of strongproducts by partnering with ambitious teams who care deeply about what they build. She believes in herclients—and combines that trust with sharp, hands-on expertise to drive results. Every company she hasworked with has increased its revenue.

International by nature, Olga was born in Russia, became French after 12 years in Paris, and now splits hertime between Paris and Barcelona
